Thanks to a deep market knowledge and experience, plus advanced technology, SIABS is able to design and propose machines and plants for every application and sector.

 

We have taken charge of developing the whole application process in many sectors, making the system fully automatized, including the supply of metallic frames, towing and carpets for transport / feeding of material to be treated, electrical and gas plants and all the components necessary to supply the "turn-key"application.

 

Heart of any process application is the BRP model metal fiber infra-red burner; it can be used in various sectors of production thanks to its peculiarities : temperature uniformity, high-performance, low power consumption, easy maintenance, low levels of polluting emissions, last not the least mechanical and thermal shock resistance.

 

Thanks to the experience in many applications we are able to develop devices and accessories that make production optimized, allowing the end user a significant cost savings to his internal design structure.

 
  SIABS aims to develop "turn-key" process applications in areas such as:
  • FOOD = food drying such as tomatoes and peppers; grilling of vegetables such as eggplant and zucchini, drying of corns and soybeans
  • STEEL - NAVAL = complete lines for handling and heat treatment and drying of metal sheets in 
    naval industry, with recovery of fuel products
  • CONSTRUCTION dryers in different sizes, for drying treatment of any kind of enamel and tiles, polymerization, gelation and paint baking on various surfaces
  • METAL = heat treatment lines for pre-heating of tanks, hot air blowers for pre-heating of molds



... and in any other field where you require the use of infra-red gas burners
